Who are we?
The Ripple Effect is powered by Emma May Fishlock and Tara Attfield-Tomes, two entrepreneurs fuelled by challenging the status quo and creating impact.
From supporting each other as clients to developing a unique Female Founder Growth Programme, Emma and Tara have brought together their passion for building an ecosystem that’s sustainable and founder focused.
It was over a casual smoothie and jacket potato in April 2025 that the decision to formalise their partnership into 'The Ripple Effect' became clear. The speed that followed speaks volumes: website live, domain secured, company registered, mission, vision, values, and USP defined, and 2025/6 targets set – all within a remarkable 48 hours.
Now, the growth strategist and communications expert are on a mission to change the landscape for entreprenueurs, through programmes and inititaives that help them to Grow Smarter. Live Better. Give Back.
