About the Programme

Our Growth Programme blends interactive workshops, personalised one-to-one coaching, and invaluable peer support: all focused on empowering participants to discover their unique path to sustainable growth.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, we have built a curriculum that addresses personal, professional, and business development for a well-rounded and impactful experience, AND we do it in sub communities to ensure the peer support hits just right!

We take up to 15 founders in each cohort, which runs for 12 weeks, and includes:

  • Eight half day workshops, including mapping style sessions using an innovative tried-and-tested growth model that focuses on personal, professional and business growth
